To provide you with better and more timely support, eMachines has teamed up with BigFix, Inc. to bring you state-of-the-art Customer Care that can solve computer problems, before you're even aware of them. This new service means less computer downtime for you and a PC that works better and better every day.

The Answers You Need Find You
This proactive technical support solution unobtrusively monitors your eMachines hardware and the software configuration that came with your PC, alerting you with a blinking icon in the system tray when a problem is detected.

Fixing a Problem is Simple
Once you've received an alert, simply click on the flashing BigFix icon in your system tray and you'll see a Fixlet® message that explains the problem and the solution we are suggesting. By just clicking the button, that will authorize the fix.

Improving your PC Performance
The BigFix solution is a small software application that runs in the background on your PC. You'll never see it unless there's a problem to be fixed. Among the problems it can identify are things that can slow the daily performance of your PC, such as mismatched drivers, missing or moved files or broken registries. In addition it can identify other issues such as software bugs and security issues.
